Trace Your Path

An itinerary designed
for every moment.

Tokyo Day 1–6

TeamLab, a Mount Fuji day trip, Tokyo DisneySea, and a private city tour of Shibuya, Asakusa & the Imperial Palace.

Sapporo Day 7–8

A short flight north for the Asahiyama Zoo and the turquoise Blue Pond near Biei.

Kyoto Day 9–11

A kimono tea ceremony, Kinkaku-ji, Nara's deer park, Arashiyama's bamboo grove and Fushimi Inari's torii gates.

Osaka Day 12–15

Osaka Castle, Universal Studios Japan, and a day trip to Hiroshima's Peace Memorial Park and Miyajima.

Your Day-Wise Itinerary.

Day 1

Tokyo Arrival

Land in Tokyo, clear immigration, and head straight to your hotel with a private transfer. In the evening, teamLab Planets — Tokyo's digital art museum, and one booking worth making in advance, since it fills up fast. Expect mirrored floors, floating flowers, and installations built to be walked through, not just looked at.

Day 2

Tokyo, Full Day

A private full-day city tour covering the essentials: Tokyo Skytree, Tsukiji Fish Market, the Imperial Palace, Shibuya Crossing, Senso-ji Temple, Meiji Shrine, Odaiba's seaside gardens, and Nakamise shopping street. Tokyo Tower gets a photo stop on the way past. What a private transfer gives you is the freedom to explore at your pace. Like a place, stay. Don't like it, leave.

Day 3

Mount Fuji, Full Day

A private day out to Fuji's Kawaguchiko side — Lake Kawaguchiko, Oishi Park, Oshino Hakkai's spring-fed ponds, Arakurayama Sengen Park (the Chureito Pagoda view is the one you've seen in photos), Fuji's 5th Station, and time to shop at Gotemba Premium Outlets on the way back.

Day 4

Tokyo DisneySea

A full day at Tokyo DisneySea with a 1-day pass and private transfers both ways. This park runs on its own storytelling — Mysterious Island, the rides, the shows — and it's built to fill an entire day easily.

Day 5

Nikko Day Trip

A private day trip north to Nikko, with an English-speaking driver. The Toshogu Shrine is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Japan's most elaborately decorated. Lunch is a local yuba (tofu skin) specialty, and the Kegon Falls round out the day. This one's flexible — the chauffeur can shift the plan around what your family wants to see most.

Day 6

Tokyo, at Leisure

A day with nothing booked. Six nights in one city gives you room for this, and it's worth keeping — whether that means revisiting a neighbourhood, shopping, or simply resting before you move on.

Day 7

Fly to Sapporo

Private transfer to the airport, a short flight to Sapporo (10:50 AM–12:35 PM), and a private transfer to your hotel on arrival. The rest of the day is yours.

Day 8

Hokkaido Day Tour

A private day out from Sapporo to two of Hokkaido's best-known sights: Asahiyama Zoo, where the animals are closer and more active than most zoos allow, and the Blue Pond near Biei — a genuinely striking, almost unreal shade of turquoise, especially with the surrounding autumn colour in October.

Day 9

Kyoto Arrival & Tea Ceremony

Check out of Sapporo, fly to Osaka (11:50 AM–2:05 PM), and transfer privately to your Kyoto hotel. In the evening, a tea ceremony near Imamiya Shrine, in traditional kimono — a good first introduction to Kyoto's pace, with matcha, history, and photographs to keep.

Day 10

Kyoto, Nara & Uji, Full Day

A private full-day tour covering Kinkaku-ji (the Golden Pavilion), Nijo Castle, Nara Park — deer included — and Todai-ji Temple, home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues.

Day 11

Arashiyama & Fushimi Inari

A private day trip on the Sagano scenic train to Arashiyama's bamboo grove, followed by Fushimi Inari Taisha and its thousands of red torii gates. Entrance tickets are included, so there's nothing to arrange on the day.

Day 12

Osaka Arrival & Osaka Castle

Private transfer from Kyoto to your Osaka hotel. In the evening, a guided tour of Osaka Castle — one of Japan's most recognisable landmarks, and worth the context a guide brings rather than just walking the grounds.

Day 13

Universal Studios Japan

A full day at Universal Studios Osaka with a Studio Pass and private return transfers. Asia's first Universal park, and Japan's second-most visited after Tokyo Disney Resort — rides, shows, and characters to keep the whole family occupied.

Day 14

Hiroshima & Miyajima

An early train to Hiroshima (7:34 AM), followed by a full-day guided tour covering the Peace Memorial Park and the floating torii gate at Miyajima's Itsukushima Shrine — one of Japan's most photographed sights, and a meaningful one to see in person. Return train back to Osaka in the evening.

Day 15

Departure

Private transfer to Osaka airport for your flight home.

Experiences Included.

Culture

Explore Japan's temples, shrines, castles, traditional streets and cultural landmarks across Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Tokyo.

Theme Parks

Enjoy family-friendly fun at Universal Studios Japan and Tokyo Disneyland, with Tokyo DisneySea available as an optional add-on.

Food

Experience Japan's local food culture through Osaka's street food, Tokyo's market areas, local snacks and family-friendly dining options.

Shopping

Shop across Osaka's Shinsaibashi and Namba areas, along with Tokyo's popular shopping districts such as Harajuku, Shibuya and Ginza.

Nature

Enjoy Mount Fuji views, Lake Ashi, Hakone Ropeway and the peaceful landscapes around Hakone.

Hotel Stays.

This itinerary includes comfortable hotel stays in Osaka and Tokyo with breakfast.

In Osaka, the stay is planned near the Namba area, making it convenient for shopping, dining and local exploration. In Tokyo, the stay is planned in a well-connected location, making it easier to explore the city and access major attractions.
