By using the Travenza Holidays website and services, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The balance is due 30 days before travel. Full payment details will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 90+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee. 60-90 days: 75-80% refund. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Within 30 days: Non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Clients are responsible for holding valid passports and obtaining required visas. Travenza Holidays provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and loss of baggage.
